Memberships are provided to those who need a little more than just a kitchen to use! Memberships can include dry, cold or frozen storage.

Perks of membership include: a custom sign to hang in the window while you're cooking, access to rental hour sign up before the general public, social media posts about your business, and discounted rates for one-on-one business mentoring with Erin.

Membership Rates are for a 6 month membership and are as follows: 1 storage option ($500), 2 storage options ($900), 3 storage options ($1200). Price is based for the FULL 6 months, it is not per month charge. 

For Non Businesses: $25.00/hour flat rate

For Non Member Businesses: $22.00/hr-40.00/hr

For Member Businesses: $22.50/hr-$35.00/hr

10pm-5am Rentals: 16.50/hours

*If receipts showing Fauquier County Agricultural ingredients used, discounts will also be applied. 

Custom quotes are available for any who uses 4 hours or more a month. Please contact us for a custom quote. Rates can go to as low as $16.50/hour dependent upon need and membership level. I take every business into individual account based on usage of equipment (if you do not cause wear and tear on the most expensive equipment I don't charge for that!), time and frequency of need and hour of the day. 

Want to test out how running your own Brick and Mortar would be? Host some breakfast/lunch/dinner pop ups at the kitchen! We created a retail space to allow customer checkout, and grab and go. 

Rates for pop ups are $35/hour with a 6 hour minimum and a financial charge cap of $650/day, regardless of hour usage. We will provide a Square terminal for you to use. (square account required)

Cooking classes are also a great way to connect with your community! We will help advertise and classes, and charge a flat $35/hour rental rate.
