We are currently Certified and inspected by VDACs, and they are our main certifier. We are also inspected by VDH for those food makers who can not obtain a VDACs certification. No matter what certification you need, we've got you!


We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.


Absolutely not! The kitchen is for everyone! Some need more things than others and we work to find the most reasonable and affordable means for everyone to conduct their food business or their family business at The Kitchen. 


Absolutely not! Everyone is welcome to use the kitchen. The non food business rental rate is a flat $50/hour with a max cap of $800/day/24 hour period. 


Yes! Erin will personally guide you through the beginning steps, or you can choose a mentor program to really get into the nitty gritty of food business ownership and scaling. 


We provide ServSafe Manager Certification. We also provide access to in house label and packaging designers, insurance agents, social media/videography, and photography. We also have a chef who will work with you on product development/tweaking if you feel a little stuck!
