4 years ago I started Erin's Elderberries in my home kitchen. I was fortunate to be able to get inspected by VDACs there. Through my time I realized affordable access to an outside kitchen didn't exist. So I made it my goal to be able to provide that for my community.
The Kitchen is my dream come to life as I opened the first dedicated rentable commissary kitchen in Fauquier County. Our goal is to help small in home food businesses be able to expand their reach in the community by being able to offer a larger range of items and also more of their items that their in home kitchen can not handle.

Erin can help you from obtaining a business license, to filling out your health inspection plan, to full VDACs retail approval. We are here to help in any capacity we can. Mentoring our community is what led to this kitchen, and we aren't about to stop now!

Our kitchen sits in a large single family home area, perfect for chefs to host classes from: sushi, date night themed, pasta, bread, and kids specific classes. We are happy to rent the kitchen to any chefs who want to connect with their community!
We also offer discounts on rental hours for those chefs who provide copies of receipts from local farms.
