- Type 2 Hood for Grease Laden Food Production
- 3 Well sink with drain pans on each side
- 1 8 Sheet Pan Convection Oven
- 5 Stock Pots
- 5 Saute Pans
- 12 Full size sheet pans
- 16 half size sheet pans
- 1 rolling sheet rack
- 3 72' prep tables
- 1 20quart stand mixer
- 1 6 quart stand mixer
- Food processor
- Blender
- Microwave
- 1 Refrigerator and 1 Freezer Shelf to use during production
- Ice Machine
- Warmer/Proofer
- Large Stainless bowls for cooling/cold holding
- Outdoor Fire Rated, VDH Approved Cooking Tent (if needed for outdoor production)
- One set of Cutting Boards
- Cleaning materials and Chlorine
- Broom, mop, cleaning rags, garbage cans and bags. Laundry service for rags is included in the rental fee.
- Retail area for pop ups- where you can take orders, have an employee greet your customers, etc. or can be used as a desk during your time there.
What is NOT Included in your rental
When preparing for your time in The Kitchen, you should be aware of items that are NOT include in your rental fee/rental agreement. These are small ware items and items that pertain to your specific business.
Think of it this way: All the "large things" you would need are included, all of the smaller things are not.
Small wares are included, however, not guaranteed due to the mishandling and or breakage of by users because of smaller size.
- Knives
- Disposable Gloves
- Hats, aprons, hairnets or any other protective covering
- Business specific equipment- such as pressure cookers, baking piping tools, cookie cutters, etc
- Storage containers for on or off premise. Including aluminum foil or Saran Wrap.
- Ingredients of any kind, including oil for fryer
- Oil Disposal is not included in the rental fee.
- Computers or Printers
